Made-to-Order Products

Our apparel is made to order through our production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Delivery delays, tracking issues, and packages confirmed as lost will be reviewed individually. Resolution depends on the circumstances and applicable shipping and production partner policies.
